About Rodney

Rod Clermont has been in the Real Estate business for better than 46 years now. In that time he has won numerous awards for outstanding sales performance from industry leaders and regional organizations and trade groups. Rod’s career started in 1973 during his sophomore year in College selling real estate for the family Realty business in Pelham NH. Graduated with his MBA from Suffolk University 1976. Over the years Rod has been involved in every aspect of the Real Estate industry from Selling as a sales associate to owning his own company as Owner Broker. Rod has work in and obtained knowledge in all aspects of the industry from bank owned- loss mitigation work, residential sales & marketing of investment, multi-family, commercial property as well as land development, property management. His skills in brokerage management and sales training has launched the careers of some of the top real estate professionals in the area
Some of Rod’s noteworthy accomplishments in his career include:
• In the 1985 he was an instrumental force in the computerizing the So. NH Multiple Listing Service from publishing weekly property listing books to fully integrated remote access digitized MLS system.
• Named first in closed Sales in the State Of NH for RE/MAX of New England in 92’ & 93’ with over 200 units of production each year
• Named second in closed Sales in all of New England by RE/MAX for 92’ & 93’ with over 200 units of production each year.
• REALTOR of the Year 1986
• President of the Greater Nashua Board of Realtors 1988
• President of the So. NH Multiple Listing Service for an unprecedented two years. 1986-87
• Numerous production awards form the So. NH MLS, RE/MAX Properties, Century 21, ERA, and Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate organizations.
